Before installation, the rotating drum should conduct a hydraulic test on the gas paths of the left and right cross-air shafts one by one; the test pressure is 0.2 MPa, and the pressure is maintained for 15 minutes. Check that the gas paths do not leak each other as qualified. After the drum is aligned, the left and right staggered air shafts and filter grate are assembled; the misalignment of the rotating drum, left and right staggered air shafts must not be greater than 0.15mm, and the rotating drum and the two staggered air shafts are assembled as a whole Install it on the main bearing and check the levelness. The deviation shall not exceed 0.10mm/m. Before the filter grate is installed on the drum, the mud, sand and other dirt on the drum should be cleaned; after the filter grate is installed, the assembly is placed on the main bearing or a large lathe to round the drum and filter grate. The roundness error shall not exceed 0.03mm, and the swing of the two ends of the drum shall not exceed 1mm. If you are processing on a lathe, you don’t need to install the left and right air shafts first; in order to prevent the turning tool from breaking the filter grate ribs during processing, a row of about 15mm long should be inserted into the filter grate rib hole before processing. Wooden slats; for the filter of φ2550×1900mm, 8~12 pieces per row is appropriate; for the filter of φ184×900mm, 4-6 pieces per row is appropriate.

The joints between the ribs of the filter grate and the drum and the two ends of the drum shall be sealed with epoxy resin and a rubber plate with a thickness of 0.5mm to seal the remaining compartments of the drum.
