The working principle of the equipment:

 

Working principle: The process cycle of the drum filter is continuous. Each cycle consists of filter cake formation, washing, drying and unloading. Under the action of vacuum, the filtrate passes through the filter medium on the drum surface to leave solids on the drum surface. As the drum rotates, the vacuum sucks the gas through the filter cake to continuously remove the liquid. The filtrate and air pass through the internal filter tube, pass through the valve body and enter the vapor-liquid separation tank, where the liquid is separated from the airflow. Vacuum is usually produced by a liquid ring vacuum pump.
