Working principle: The soaked corn or the broken pieces of corn after a single crushing process, under the action of gravity, enter the feed opening on the end cover of the mill shell and fall into the mill shell, and is thrown between the moving and fixed plates by the dial . Due to the relative rotation of the two toothed discs and the special distribution of the protruding teeth on the discs that are sparse and dense, the corn is thrown out of the disc by centrifugal force in addition to mechanical action between the two discs. During the external throwing process, the materials rub and collide with each other, thereby breaking the corn. Since corn is crushed mainly by the impact between corns, the germ of corn is rarely damaged during crushing. This will facilitate the separation of germ and reduce the fat content in starch.
