The working principle of the equipment:

 

Working principle: The feed material is filtered through a rotary filter to remove large-size particles and then pumped into the centrifuge rotor, passing through the internal passage of the rotor. When the material liquid is full of the rotor, the internal separation begins. The heavy phase solution is thrown to the periphery under the action of centrifugal force. The lighter liquid is sucked into the disc and moves upward and inward on the lower surface of the disc. After that, the clear liquid comes from the top. Was knocked out (top stream). The heavier particles are condensed at the disc and are thrown towards the nozzle, and then become underflow after flowing out. When the underflow liquid is ejected from the volute, it can be forced to circulate back to the pump wheel at the bottom of the rotor through the underflow valve opening, and the underflow valve opening ratio can control the flow. This part of the reflux flows through the reflux chamber into the reflux pipe between the nozzles and flows to the nozzle area to prevent solid precipitation. When the bottom flow valve is closed a little, the bottom flow becomes thicker, and when the bottom flow valve is fully opened, the bottom flow becomes thinner. Wash water can also be introduced here to further reduce soluble matter. When choosing and operating a centrifuge, there are many factors to consider, such as temperature, material, material size, and the composition of the internal rotor, but this is the basic principle of all nozzle centrifuges.
