Working principle: The tube bundle dryer is composed of a sturdy shell and a rotating tube bundle. The tube bundle is composed of two heads, two tube sheets and steel pipes between the tube sheets. The number, length and outer diameter of the steel tube determine the heat exchange area of the tube bundle, that is, the drying capacity of the tube bundle.
The heating medium of the tube bundle dryer is steam. The working principle of the tube bundle machine is countercurrent heat exchange (the flow direction of steam is opposite to the flow direction of the material). The material to be dried is only in contact with the heat exchange steel pipe, and not directly in contact with the heating medium (steam).
On the outside of the tube bundle, there are the lifting shovel plate and the conveying shovel plate. The material is conveyed from the feeding side to the discharge side. During this process, the material is continuously raised by the lifting shovel. Due to the weight of the material, it slowly moves from the heating pipe The gap falls back to the tank.
Because this is a "contact and transfer" drying method, the tube bundle dryer can guarantee the most energy-saving and economical efficiency.
After the water in the material is evaporated, it is sucked away by the ventilator. In order to facilitate the observation of the material flow and drying process, the upper shell is provided with an observation window.
The entrance of steam and the discharge of condensed water are completed by two rotary joints.
